Promise Matope is a dedicated and compassionate young woman from Nancholi, Blantyre. She was orphaned at the age of three, and raised by her aunt, who was supporting six children and four extended families through her small vegetable business.

Care in Action (Germany) first started supporting Promise when she started secondary school in xxxx

Care in Action Malawi are delighted to have been able to support Promise through her BSc in  Child Health Nursing at Kamuzu College of Nursing, where she has now graduated!

 

Promise is passionate about caring for babies and learning how to support their health and development. She is especially inspired by the hands-on practicals that involve real-life care.

Promise is deeply grateful for the support she’s received, saying: "Without your help I couldn't have managed to go to school. May God bless you and give you long life so you can help others too."
